Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences

These conferences present an important opportunity for us to discuss your child’s progress and set specific goals for the remainder of the school year.

Students will have early releases on Thursday, April 12th and Friday, April 13th beginning at 12pm. After 12:30pm, all students who have been previously signed up for our free After School Program, will be welcomed there. As always on Early Release days, hot lunch will not be served so all students in our After-School Program must bring a sack lunch.

For scheduling purposes, all Canyon Pointe Academy teachers will be using the website to schedule Parent-Teacher Conferences. Please sign up for your conference time by April 11th.

Parent University - Internet Safety

Each quarter, parents and community members are invited to campus to attend discussions on important topics at Parent University.

Please join us, Thursday, September 7th as Lucia Artaega from the Arizona Attorney General's Office presents on Internet Safety. The presentation will discuss cyber bullying, sites linked to cyber bullying, and who parents can contact in the event that their child is bullied. The purpose of this presentation is to inform parents on how to become familiar with the social media sites their children are using, learning the sites capabilities, discuss privacy settings, and encouraging parents to communicate the dangers of talking with people online to their children.
